Abstract

Abstract: To provide an accessorial decision support system, scientific and technological personnel model is established using AHP method and expert investigation. The system is developed by the model and Delphi 7 based on Windows XP. The system makes managing more canonically, counting more scientifically and looking up quickly, which basically accords with the demand of manager and improves the efficency of assessing.
