Abstract: Aimingattheproblemsofcomplexmeasurementtools,lowmeasurementaccuracy,lowefficiencyandpooraccuracyinthetraditionalartificialhookdetection,ahookdeformationdetectionalgorithmisproposedbasedontheintegratedpointcloudsegmentation,cylindricalaxisextractionandmodelsymmetryplaneextraction.Byredefiningtheopeningdegreeofthehook,thetworeferencepointsoftheopeningdegreeareextractedbycombiningtheabovethreealgorithms,andthetwistangleofthehookisobtainedthroughthecombinationofpointcloudsegmentationandsymmetryplaneextraction.Experimentalresultsshowthatcomparedwiththetraditionalmanualdetection,theproposedalgorithmhastheadvantagesofshortdetectiontime,highmeasurementaccuracy,lesstoolsandtraceability.
