Research and Development of Rural Information Service System Based on Pen-based Operating Platform

Abstract: Through the analysis of the current pen application development techniques, methods and environment, this paper researches on cross-device pen operating platform’s architecture and construction principle. Combines with the current practice of rural information service, the paper proposes pen-based operating platform’s application development ideas which appropriated the rural information service.
