Abstract: This paper analyzes and compares the methods for converting Flash game to HTML5 game, uses Flash AS3 to design a game, converts the game into HTML5 based on LayaFlash in Layabox product frameset, according to the conversion requirements，modifies the initialization code and changes the material loading method. After compiling and debugging, the game has passed the test in the mobile phone browser. At last, the performance analysis is carried out.
