 Ceramic Kiln Temperature Control Based on Predictive Functional Control Algorithm

Abstract:

For the complexity of ceramic firing production process, a control strategy of the ceramic firing temperature is proposed based on predictive functional
control. According to the mathematical model of ceramic firing kiln, we first expound the principles and applications of ceramic firing temperature predictive function
control, and give the ceramic sintering temperature predictive function control scheme. Then the closed-loop system performance analysis is taken. Finally we realized the model
simulation. The results show that the control method has a small amount of calculation, small tracking error, strong anti-interference ability and so on.
