Abstract: Domain engineering provides a strong support for software reuse. Service has been widely used because of its usability, flexibility and scalability. This paper describes the process of extracting service-feature and constructing service-feature model which belongs to service-oriented domain analysis method, proposes a method to combine service in order to make granularity larger and reusability. Feature model is divided into four layers to realize the transformation of service-feature to construct architecture model.

