Abstract: A safe and reliable information system based on mobile network is provided. The system realizes the linkage mechanism of mobile network message safety arrival and message text, picture, voice, supports a variety of forms. With an Android application, it verifies that this system can effectively improve the delivery rate of messages on a mobile network, meets high reliability application push demand.
