Abstract

Abstract: Becauseofthedatacommunicationrequirementforthelevelingmachinecontrolsystem,thispaperpresentsacommunicationsystembasedontheCAN2.0Bprotocol.Thecommunicationbetweenmasterandslavecontrollersisrealized.Thesystemprovidesafeasibleschemeforcontrolofthelaserlevelingmachine.Anineaxisinertialsensorischosenastheangletransducer.TheSTM32F407processorandtheTMS320F28335processorarechosenrespectivelyasthemasterandslavecontrollers,controllersareconnectedtotheCANBusthroughextendedtransceivers.Experimentsshowthatthesystemcanreliablyoperate.Thehorizontalcontrolofscrapingplateisachievedbytheslavecontrolleraccordingtothecommandfromthemasterone.
