Inthepresentsociety,foodsecurityincidentsemergeoneafteranother.Foodsecurityissuehasbecomeanimportantsocialissue.Foodtraceabilityhasproventobeaneffectivemethodforfoodsafety.Thispaperdesignsafoodelectronictraceabilityplatformbasedondistributionframework.Theplatformcanprovideproductionandmanagementserviceforfoodenterprise,forwardandbackwardtraceabilityofthewholecycleoffoodproductionandcirculationforsupervisiondepartments,andvariousmethodsoffoodtraceabilityforthepublic.Bybuildingaunifiedcommoditycirculationdatapoolthatcollectsallthedataamongproduction,circulationandsupervisingdepartments,notonlytheproductionandcirculationinformationofthefoodproductcanbetraced,butalsoitsinspectionandquarantineinformation.ThedatabaseanddatainterfaceoftheplatformisdevelopedbasedonthefoodelectronictraceabilitystandardsformulatedbytheNationalFoodandDrugAdministration.Itsinterfacestandardizationandcompatibilitywithotherfoodtraceabilityplatformscanthusbeguaranteed.TheplatformcurrentlyisrunningatGuangdongprovince.Keysupervisingproductsofinfantformulafoods(includingmilkpowder,riceflour,farina,etc),editableoilandliquoraretraceablebythisplatform.ThepubliccanusetheGuangdongfoodtraceabilityportal,mobileAPP,Wechatortheself-serviceterminalsinthesupermarketstotracefoodproductsbyscanningorinputtingitstraceabilitycodeoritsproductcode,andqueryinformationaboutfoodenterpriselicense,inspectionandquarantine,marketandcirculation,etc.Forproductwithtraceabilitycode,itsauthenticitycanbeverified.Itwillhelptoprovidehealthsafetytothepublicandpromoteconsumerconfidence.[J].
