Abstract: Employmentisanimportantjobinvocationalcolleges.Employmentinformationmanagementplatformisanimportantmeansofcollegeemploymentguidance,managementandservice.Thekeytotheapplicationoftheemploymentinformationmanagementplatformisthenumberandqualityoftherecruitmentposition.Thecoreoftheemploymentinformationmanagementplatformistorealizetheeffectiverecommendationofthepositionaccordingtothestudents’employmentexpectation.Atthesametime,therapidcommunicationchannelbetweenthegovernment,theenterprise,theschoolandthestudentwillbeconstructedtoimprovetheemploymentguidanceandservicelevel,andprovidethefeedbackofemploymentsurveyandthefeedbackofemployment.Thefunctionofemploymentstatisticalanalysisprovidessupportfortheoptimizationofprofessionaltraining.Thispaperanalyzesthefunctionsoftheemploymentinformationmanagementplatform,designsandimplementstheplatformbyemployingthesoftwareengineeringideaandtheunifiedmodelingtool,andusingWebtechnology,crawlertechnology,databasetechnology,largedataprocessingtechnologyandrecommendationalgorithm.Thepracticehasshownthattheplatformcanmeettheneedsofpersonalizedemployment,improvethequalityofemploymentandservicelevel.
