Abstract: Traditional centralized databases and file systems cannot effectively handle the massive growth in data access and management, and are needed to adopt a distributed storage. Meanwhile, along with the rapid development of spatial information, GIS applications gradually come into people's lives. For spatial data access, this paper combines the data registration center with World Wind Java to achieve the spatial data access. First, by using the separately distributed storage way of metadata and data, KML is taken to organize and manage variety of spatial data attributes to realize the spatial data storage, and finally, World Wind Java is used to implement the read and display of spatial data, in order to effectively access the collected spatial data, provide services for applications, give full play to the role of data, and greatly reduce the burden of spatial data storage.
