Abstract: In order to improve the service level of novelty search and make the clients from time and space constraints away submit their commissions and learn about the latest progress, the novelty search agency can customize the corresponding services for their needs so as to promote its own work more standardized and scientific. At the same time, in order to have a better user experience and strong interactivity of Web application, jQuery, which is a relatively popular technique at present, is integrated into the S2Si framework. Thus, the paper establishes a technical foundation for the realization of novelty search platform.
