Vacuum Counter-pressure Casting Control System Based on S3C2440

摘要: 介绍一种以S3C2440为核心的真空差压铸造控制系统的设计,描述控制和铸造的实现原理、系统的硬件组成及对应的应用软件设计。利用该系统的应用程序软件可有效地实现对铸罐压力的精确控制。系统能够实时显示铸造过程中的参数变化曲线,具有网络传输、存储打印等功能,能够提高铸造的人机互动性和可靠性。

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the design of vacuum counter-pressure casting control system which is made up of S3C2440 as the core, describes the systematic principle of its implementation, hardware composition and its corresponding software design. The ladle pressure can be controlled accurately by using the application programs of the system. In the process of casting, the system can display the parameters in real-time and graphically display the casting. What’s more, it will add so many functions, such as network transmission, storage, printing, and so on. The designed system is good for improving human-computer interaction and reliability of casting.
