摘要:

为解决企业经营管理等活动中涉及的文档信息的管理、集成与共享问题,建立一种基于Web的文档信息管理系统。对企业的实际需求进行系统的调研与分析,整理企业的文档管理类型与对象,提出文档管理系统的基本流程。对文档的数据库进行分析与设计,提出基于Web的系统模型,开发了多层次的文档信息管理系统。实践表明,该系统能够实现企业的文档信息的集成管理和共享。

Abstract:

In this paper, a Webbased document management system is established to achieve the management, integration and sharing of the document information involved in the enterprise management and other activities. By systematic research and analysis on the actual needs of the enterprise, the document type and object are finished, and the basic flows of the document management are proposed. The document database is analyzed and designed, the Webbased system model is proposed and a multilevel document management is developed. The practice shows that the system is able to achieve the integration, management and sharing of document information.
