摘要:当前传统的掘进机作业主要依赖掘进机司机位于机身手动操作。一方面,由于巷道掘进工作环境恶劣,瓦斯浓度较高,安全事故频发;另一方面,工作现场的粉尘、机体振动等因素给操作人员的工作带来了很大的困难,导致劳动强度较大,掘进效率难以有效保证。本文以实现悬臂式掘进机远程控制为主要目标,提出车体位姿定位控制策略,进行掘进机截割头空间轨迹测控方法的研究,建立截割臂空间位置参数数学模型,阐述基于PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)控制的掘进机远程线控系统,包括硬件系统和软件系统的设计研究。通过设计掘进机远程线控系统,以期能够长期适用于现场恶劣的采掘环境,让操作人员远离粉尘和现场危险地段,改善操作人员的劳动卫生环境,减少人员伤害事故,提高掘进作业的安全性。

Abstract:

In order to realize the boomtype roadheader remote wire control system, this dissertation mainly proposes the control strategy for the body posture. The space trajectory control and sensing methods of roadheader cutting head are studied. The kinematics model between spatial location parameters is established. A remote wire control system based on PLC is designed and finished, which includes hardware and software system. By designing remote wire system, it can keep the operator away from the dust and hazardous work locations, improve the working condition, reduce personal injury accidents, and enhance the security of the tunneling operations.
