摘要： 对医务人员考评内容进行分析，设计一种B/S架构的医德医风考评系统。详细分析系统的功能需求，阐述系统的设计与实现方法。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the contents of medical person evaluation, designs a medical ethics evaluation system based on B/S structure. It introduces the functions of the system in detail, and describes the design and implementation.
