随着重特大突发公共事件的频繁发生，促进了气象应急资源管理平台工作。本文首先分析气象部门应急资源管理的需求现状，根据现状

设计其气象应急资源管理平台的体系结构，并利用北斗终端的定位功能开发一套基于B/S结构的气象应急资源管理平台。

Abstract:

As a series of major incidents occurred, meteorological emergency resources management platform is promoted. This

paper analyzes the status of emergency resources management needs of the meteorological department, according to the status

designs its meteorological emergency resources management platform architecture, and with Beidou terminals positioning

develops a meteorological emergency resource management platform based on B / S structure.

