摘要： 针对政务网站中传统的静态信息发布及管理所存在的问题,从系统需求分析、系统总体设计、系统程序编码、系统安全及关键技术等方面进行研究,以实际应用为目的,运用B/S+LAMPP技术开发实现了基于Web的信息发布系统,能满足政务网站有效发布及管理信息的需要,有利于提高政务部门信息化办事效率和便民服务能力。

Abstract: In view of the existing problems of static information dissemination and management in Egovernment websites and based on studies of system need analysis, system general design, system programming, system security and key techniques, this paper realizes a Webbased information dissemination system by employing B/S+LAMPP for application, which will satisfy the effective information dissemination and management of Egovernment and also enhance the efficiency of information business and convenience in service of government.
