摘要： 体检中心作为医院信息化建设的一部分，HIS(Hospital Information System)要求利用体检信息系统对体检者参检项目进行费用审核和控制，即在两系统软件间开发无缝数据接口实现收费信息共享。本文介绍接口的实现目标和开发方式，探讨体检与HIS收费业务差异，分析接口难点，对比三种接口方案的优劣，最后详细给出可行的收费接口设计方案。

Abstract: Medical center as part of the hospital information construction, HIS requires fee audit and charge control on the physical examination information system, which is to develop one seamless charge interface between these two information software systems for sharing charge information. This paper introduces the goals and approach of this interface, discusses charge service differences between medical examination and HIS, analyzes advantages and disadvantages of three different interface proposals, at last presents one proper charge interface scheme in detail.
