摘要: 油井压力的实时监控在油井产油生产中具有至关重要的作用。本文利用VS.NET和Measurement Studio作为联合开发平台,结合控件开发的灵活性,设计并实现油井压力的实时监控系统。压力传感器实时采集油井压力,通过RS485串口编程,可发送至较远的监控系统,并将数据显示在虚拟仪表中。系统采用曲线图表示一段时间内压力变化情况,并提供对历史数据的查询、打印功能,同时系统还具有语音告警功能,及时报告异常情况。

Abstract: For high efficiency and security of oil producing, the real-time monitoring of oil well pressure is important. In this paper, with the flexibility of ActiveX, VS.NET combined with Measurement Studio is used to develop the real-time monitoring system. Through the serial ports RS485, the oil well pressure obtained by the pressure sensor is conveyed to the system. The system implements a real-time display of the pressure value in the virtual instrument, paints a real-time pressure curve, and stores the pressure value. Querying and printing the historical pressure value is provided by the system. Microsoft Speech SDK is used to develop the sound alarming function for the abnormal condition.
