Abstract: This paper researches on random producing test paper in Excel environment, which is constrained by parameters, such as question type, question numbers and difficulty levels. Key problems are expounded, random producing test paper algorithm with multi-parameters constraint, which is based on data dictionary, is designed. The algorithm is realized by Excel VBA and data dictionary technique. Finally, main program is introduced.
