摘要： 针对现有中华文化英文博客在功能完备性、跨平台运行、数据库性能、开发的简捷灵活性以及语言准确性方面存在的问题，选用WordPress软件，通过系统设计（包括虚拟主机、主题模板以及插件的选择）和系统实现（包括WordPress、主题模板以及插件的安装和配置），开发新的中华文化英文博客，为外国人学习、交流中华文化提供更加完善的互联网平台。

Abstract: To improve function completeness, cross-platform operation, database performance, development facility and flexibility, language accuracy of the existing Chinese culture English blog, the WordPress software is chosen as a base to develop a new system. During the system design, the virtual host, themes template and plug-ins are selected. During the implementation, the WordPress, the themes template and plug-ins selected are installed and configured. The new Chinese culture English blog is developed to provide a much better Internet platform for foreigners to study and communicate Chinese culture.
