摘要: 针对气象行业业务需求特点,给出基于个人电脑的气象桌面会商交互系统软件设计,从音视频处理、数据协作、应用模式以及系统对接等多个角度进行功能与关键技术介绍,并简述据此方案研制的气象桌面会商交互系统(MEDIS)。本文是软件视频会议协作技术应用于气象行业的一次探索研究,对海洋、地震等研究同样具有一定的启示作用。

Abstract: This paper presents a software design of desktop interactive system for meteorological purpose based on PC, for the characters of requirement of meteorological business. Functions and key technology are introduced from audio and video processing, office collaboration, application models and so on. A MEDIS (Meteorological Desktop Interactive System) is developed according to the solution. It is an exploratory research that the software about video conference cooperation technology is applied in meteorological business, and it is of certain enlightenment function to research on the Marine, Earthquake, etc.
