某型导弹弹上设备修理级别分析

摘要: 为完善某型导弹的维修保障工作,对其进行修理级别分析(Level of Repair Analysis,LORA)。首先对弹上设备进行功能FMECA(Fault Mode,Effects and Criticality Analysis)分析,确定故障模式及其严酷度类别;其次,对弹上设备进行LORA分析,并以弹体结构为例,给出LORA分析结果。

Abstract: Level of repair analysis(LORA) is carried out for a certain missile to improve its maintenance and support work. Firstly, fault mode and its severe degree are ascertained via using function FMECA of missile-borne equipments. Secondly, LORA is conducted for missile-borne equipments, and results of LORA are given with missile body structure as an example.
