摘要: 胎心率是临床上对胎儿进行监护的一个重要生理指标。在信号提取过程中,由于原始信号成分复杂,噪声干扰严重,胎儿心率的准确度受到很大的影响。为了能够准确地提取胎心率,本文提出一种改进的去噪算法。该算法是将小波阈值去噪与自适应谱线增强技术相融合。实验结果表明将两种方法融合后计算量减少,噪声有效降低,胎心率值计算更加准确。

Abstract: The fetal heart rate is an important physiological index on clinical fetal monitoring, however, in the signal extraction process, the fetal heart rate accuracy is under a bad influence, because of its complex of the original signal component and the serious noise. In order to extract the fetal heart rate exactly, this paper proposes a new denoising algorithm based on the wavelet threshold and the adaptive line enhancement algorithm. Experimental results show that the new algorithm can reduce the calculations and noises, and the fetal heart rate value calculations are more accurate.
