摘要: 随着信息产业爆炸式的发展,绿色存储已经成为人们普遍关注的焦点。本文主要介绍一种基于负载的能耗预测及能耗监控和温度监控系统ECTest的设计和实现。ECTest是一种基于C/S模式的能耗实时监控软件,通过对计算机系统集群各种负载的实时监控和获取,并结合已有的能耗基准数据使用一定的计算规则对此系统集群的实时能耗进行动态的估算。ECTest克服了现在已有能耗的能耗实时测试方法中的一些不足,并降低了能耗估算成本。

Abstract: Along with the explosive development of information industry, green storage has become a focus attracting wide attentions. This paper mainly introduces the design and realization of ECTest, an energy consumption forecasting and monitoring as well as temperature monitoring system based on workload. ECTest is a kind of real-time monitoring software of energy consumption based on C/S mod. It applies dynamic methods to estimate the realtime energy consumption of the clusters by monitoring and obtaining the workload of the computer system clusters. Now, ECTest overcomes the disadvantage of existing energy consumption test methods and reduces the estimate cost of energy consumption.
