摘要：

酒店管理信息化、智能化不但可以有效地管理大量的信息，而且可以完善酒店内部管理体制，提高酒店的管理效益及经济效益，从而提高酒店的竞争力。根据酒店服务管理的现状及未来的发展方向，结合酒店管理的实践经验，系统以Windows XP作为运行平台，采用C/S模式，使用VB.NET编程语言和SQL Server 2000数据库原理，基本包含酒店管理的主要业务功能：基础设置、业务管理、房间管理三大部分。经过严格测试，系统性能稳定，易于操作。

Abstract:

Informatization and intelligent of hotel management can not only effectively manage a large amount of information, but also can improve the internal management mechanism, improve the hotel management efficiency and economic benefit, so as to improve the competitive of the hotel competitiveness. According to the present situation of hotel service management and the future development direction of hotel management, combined with hotel management experience, the system takes Windows XP as operation platform, uses C/S mode, VB.NET language and SQL Server 2000 database, and contains the main business of hotel management functions: base setting, business management and management of rooms. Through the strict test, the system is stable performance, easy to operate.
