摘要： 在论述西昌学院学位论文管理系统需求的基础上，重点阐述系统的设计、开发过程和实现技术。同时介绍.NET中的三层架构以及Ajax技术在系统实现中的应用。

Abstract: Based on discussing the requirement of a thesis management system, the paper describes the design, development process and implementation technology of system in detail. It also introduces the application of threetier architecture and Ajax technology of .NET framework in the system implementation.
