摘要： 介绍对高校各种报障体系的整合，建立一套报障业务流程，开发一套基于网络的综合报障业务系统，建立集人工、网页、即时通讯、短信的网络报障一体化。系统实现网上报障，系统自动分配报障单，故障处理，故障处理结果的录入，策略分析等业务流程。系统的实现节省资源，提高工作效率、管理水平和服务质量。

Abstract: It introduces how to merge all the warning systems of college and how to set up a set of warning process and develop integrated service warning system based on the network, as it integrates human-working, Web, IM, message service. The warning system can warn on line, automatically distribute, settle, record the result and decision analysis. Therefore, it can save the sources and improve the efficiency, management and service.
