摘要: 结合现有故障诊断专家系统的开发方法和开发经验,针对数控轧辊磨床的具体特点,采用基于规则的知识表示法和推理机制,将与故障诊断有关的机床各类信息存入事实库和知识库,并利用决策树来模拟推理过程,建立了某数控机床的故障智能诊断专家系统,能够对数控机床的大多数常见故障进行正确的诊断。

Abstract: According to the existing development methods and experience of fault diagnosis expert system, this system uses rule-based knowledge representation and reasoning mechanisms. It's specified to the specific CNC roll grinder features. Kinds of diagnosis information of numerical control machine are stored in factbase and knowledge database. Decision tree is used to simulate the reasoning process. This rule-based fault diagnosis expert system of numerical control machine can make the correct diagnosis of most common faults.
