Abstract:  By analyzing the shortcomings of existing ontology storage schemas, a new schema of storing ontology files in relational databases is proposed. The schema can obtain the implied semantic data automatically while extracting data from ontology files to the underlying database which is designed from the ER（Entity Relationship）diagram of ontology, and it then maps the data in the underlying database into a new database which is convenient for users operation. Experimental results show that the schema not only retains the implied semantic of ontology files, but also improves the efficiency of the data querying, whats more, it facilitates the users operation for the ontology data greatly.
