Abstract: Attribute-based encryption can protect the security of users data, but the decryption cost grows linearly with the complexity of access policy. Outsourced decryption technology makes the users only need a little overhead to decrypt and obtain the plaintext. However, a large number of decryption operations of outsourced decryption technology are dealt with  by cloud service providers. But the cloud service providers are regarded as semi-trusted (honest but curious). So it is necessary to verify the correctness of outsourced decryption to ensure security for users data. This paper proposes an efficient ABE scheme with full-verifiable outsourced decryption, it makes both the authorized users and unauthorized users can verify the correctness of the transformed ciphertext.

