Abstract: According to many comprehensive evaluation support systems existed at present possess the limits which lacking of universality and flexibility, this paper analyzes the process of comprehensive evaluation from the view of data streams. Focusing on the discuss and study of the selfadaptive database in comprehensive evaluation universal support system, the dynamic construction of index systems, evaluation index dictionary closely related to the database are also designed and implemented. Finally, a concrete example is given to show theirs dynamic and universal characteristics.
