Design and Implementation of Liquor Safe Producing and Quality Traceability System Based on J2EE

Abstract: For solving the problems of information management and product tracing in liquor enterprises, this paper analyzes the safe producing and quality traceability requirement elements, based on the key producing points, according to the purchase, producing and sales processes of the medium-small sized liquor enterprises. Therefore, the liquor safe producing and quality traceability system is designed and implemented based on a free and open-source J2EE framework. With the integration of RFID and two-dimension barcode technologies, this system which manages the data generated during material purchasing, producing, inventorying, and product selling, could realize the monitoring and quality tracing of liquor producing and sales.
