Based on the conditions of demolition company, that it is difficult to form a data from the information collection, processing, reporting management software platform, this paper presents a software development solution based on the characteristics of demolition company. Combining with the specific project, the “decentralized collection, centralized treatment” information acquisition strategy and the state transition model of project management are elaborated. The data processing, report generation and other functions to achieve are described.


