Intelligent Transport Cloud: ITS Based on Cloud Computing

Abstract

Abstract: Based on cloud computing and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), this paper proposes a concept of “Intelligent Transport Cloud”. Intelligent Transport Cloud not only makes ITS avoid the investment of computer hardware and software, but also makes construction of ITS changed. The traditional construction mode that sources of information are determined to the system service purposes to change the services which are innovated from the information resources expanded. Intelligent transport cloud is a open, scalable, and innovative (dynamic evolution) system.
